Partners will gather in the next extraordinary Steering Group meeting held in Podgorica (Montenegro) on 1 April. The event will begin with the adoption of a scheme for coordination modalities with the Strategic and Horizontal Projects. It will also cover the approval of the reports of task forces and the policy recommendations, as well as information sharing on the state of play and programme of the upcoming PANORAMED Dialogues.

An overview of the current development of the Migration work package will aim to produce a best practices transferability report. Furthermore, documents to be adopted include the Communication Plan for 2020, experimentation and transferability reports, recommendations and an evaluation report. In addition, strategic projects on innovation will be discussed. The meeting will end with an agreement on a tentative calendar and the next 6 months milestones and deadlines.

Moreover, a back-to-back Country Coordinators network meeting will be held the day before, 31 March, to review the main topics to be discussed and decided by the attendees to the Steering Group meeting.

Information on the venues for both events will soon be distributed among all relevant stakeholders.
